SHIPPING POLICY

All packages are shipped via insured delivery service and require a direct adult signature. Shipping price will vary depending on weight, value, and destination of shipment. Please inquire with us directly for a specific shipping quote at  info@maisonmerenor.com

Maison Mèrenor is not responsible for shipping delays caused by weather, the actions of the shipping company or circumstances beyond our control.

Return/Exchange (Online Order)

We have a 10-day return policy. You have 5-days to request a return via info@maisonmerenor.com after you have received the item and another 5-days to ship back to our team after the return shipping label has been sent to you. A 3% restocking fee plus the cost of return shipping will be subtracted from the refund amount (initial shipping cost is not refunded). Your refund will be credited back to the original form of payment after the item has been received and inspected.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same salable condition that you received it in; unused, unaltered, and in its original packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Custom orders, along with resized and engraved pieces are not eligible for return. 


To start a return, you can contact us at info@maisonmerenor.com so we can begin the return authorization process. If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Note that shipping costs will be deducted from your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Return/Exchange (In-Person Order)

We have a 7-day return policy. Please request the return directly with your sales associate or online at info@maisonmerenor.com. A refund will be sent to your original form of payment after item has been received and inspected. 

Damages and issues


If you are unhappy with the item or it arrives in damaged condition, please contact info@maisonmerenor.com or call +1. 424. 443.1850 within 14 days of receipt to receive a return authorization number and return shipping label.


Exceptions / non-returnable items


Certain types of items cannot be returned, like any resized items (i.e. rings, bracelets, chains) and custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). Please reach out to us if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
