18k white gold, domed design, set with 22 round and 28 pear-shape diamonds, approximately 7.0 carats with H-I color & VS-SI clarity, 16 round and 32 pear-shaped rubies approximately 5.0 carats. Size 6. Total weight: 28.0 grams.
