Platinum and 18k yellow gold, centering one modified pear-shape sapphire approximately 20.0-25.0 carats, 15 old-mine cut diamonds, approximately 1.50 carats with H-I-J color and VS-SI clarity. Signed 'Mitzi Cunliffe, Cartier mtg, New York City, 1988, no. 80128'. With GIA report no. 2225065792 stating Sri Lanka origin, no heat. Total weight: 45.0 grams.
