14k yellow and white gold, one shell-shaped and fluted mother of pearl with an onyx base, 22 rose-cut and old-mine cut diamonds weighing approximately 1.95 carats with G-H color and VS2-SI1 clarity. Size 6 with inner ring guard. Total weight: 14.80 grams.
