18k yellow gold, 69 round diamonds weighing approximately 2.75 carats with G-H color and VS2-SI1 clarity, 6 large round carnelian chalcedony cabochons,  210 small round carnelian cabochon beads with AA-AAA quality. Length 6 3/4 inches, width 3/4 inches. Total weight: 66.70 grams.
