18k yellow gold, designed in a door knocker motif, featuring carved cabochon citrines (17.45 x 12.6 x 9.5 mm and 16.4 x 4.4–16.5 x 8.7 mm), carved onyx elements, and 80 round brilliant-cut diamonds weighing approximately 2.95 carats total, F–G–H color, VS clarity. Measures 2¼ x 1 7/16 in. Total weight: approximately 68.2 grams.
