18k yellow gold earrings with hammered texture, designed in a door knocker motif, set with 16 transitional round brilliant- and single-cut diamonds weighing approximately 0.30 carat total, H–I color, SI clarity, and 4 old mine-cut diamonds weighing approximately 1.25 carats total, J–K color, VS–SI clarity. Measure approximately 1⅕ in. in width by 1¾ in. in length. Total weight: 41.9 grams. Not stamped; tested as 18k gold.
