18K yellow gold, 2 pear-shaped diamonds weighing approximately 0.90 carat with K-L-M color and VS-SI clarity, 80 round diamonds approximately 6.50 carats with F-G color & VVS2-SI1 clarity, 18 round and oval cabochon rubies. Total weight: 14.90 grams.
